While still stalled with The Alchemist, and listening to Every Moss and Cobweb of Typecast, I have updated the right side bar for the recommended movies section.  #1 on the list is BORAT (and the subtitle that is very very long that ends with Kazakhstan).  Since I can’t get enough from Napoleon Dynamite, I think this is my best bet.  Watch out for #2 (I’m sure…because it’s a suspense, a surprise, when the picture comes out).

…when I finished the alchemist, Life of Pi is next (used, but got it for almost 82% off the original price.  BARGAIN!)

Ahumm…Yummmm!

Greenwich has a new gimmick. PIZZA-ALL-YOU-CAN!!! Imagine all the pizza you can eat. You will be served with slices of primo pepperoni and hawaiian flavors. All the hot cheese that melts in your mouth. The tasty pizza sauce. The aroma. That great taste. Wow!

8 slices yung nakain ko. Busog na ako. Hindi na ako nakipagcompete sa iba pang nag-pizza-all-you-can. Basta enjoy the food lang ako. Sana mag-enjoy din kayo.

3 days without electricity.  No light bulbs, just candles.  No airconditioning, just air.  Lived-out.  Carry. 

(Good thing the tap water still ran.)

The result: uprooted trees, tumbled electrical posts, crashed billboards, blown-away roofings, eroded land, downed walls.  Ain’t happy? Nah… Carry.

Cellphone: With charger, nothing to charge.  With load, signal none.  Landline? Yes! Landline!

Go outside.  It’s pitch black.  Them neighbors are there, but you can’t see them.  Step out…but you might step on something.  You don’t know?  Check your shoes tomorrow.

Them aftermath: 3-day sale.  Everybody at the malls.  Lining up the ATMs, catching the silverscreens’ last full show.  Bargaining all night long.  Running with the kids till they drop.  Eat out.  Drink all the way.  Aircon! Aircon! Aircon!  What do they think?  Carry.

Me did too?  Read until the lights go down.  Then eat.  Sleep.

After 3 days…power came back.  To no avail, no cable.

Worried?  I shouldn’t have asked.  Almost complete.

Punta kayo SM City North Edsa, tapos enter kayo sa mall malapit sa mcdonalds.  Go straight then turn right sa cinema area.  You will notice the new murals installed on both sides of the cinema entrances.  Tapos diretso lang kayo hanggang may makita kayong hallway to another place in time.  Mafifeel nyo na iba na yung amoy ng place (aircon lang yun).  Tapos biglang parang nasa ibang place ka na.  Parang hindi na sya SM (or SM parin, pero SM Saibanglugar).

Pero halos walang laman dun sa place na yun.

Adik adik adik me sa kettle corn! Grabe na to!  Bigla kong nakalimutan lahat ng problema ko.  Hindi ko alam kung bakit.  Eh popcorn lang ito.  Pero iba, matamis na maalat.

Namiss ko bigla yung goldilocks (da best popcorn).  Sarap kasi you make pukpok pa on the pack before opening.  Tanggal stress mo!
