Fastfood, so hard on the pocket nowadays. Still can remember way back in college when a big mac meal (yes, MEAL), still costs 59php (where the double-patty champ meal costs 56php, remember marlou aquino’s commercial). Now, nah, do I need to discuss this? Less choices, less quality, I still prefer home-cooked meals over them.
I tried ordering at Sbarro for lunch, but unfortunately, no stromboli, how sad. I ended up with baked-ziti and meat sauce. It tasted good naman, but there’s this thing about the restaurant. It’s hard to eat there. I ate a slice of pizza (not the stuffed one), and I got full before I reached the sidecrust. Then, it’s pasta. I’m down to the last 5 pieces. I felt so bloated, and still have a slice of blueberry cheesecake. It hurts.
